Registering with new1b is simple and free. Go to the Register, enter your username, Malaysian phone number, email and password. Then verify your phone number with the OTP code sent via SMS. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. new1b takes this responsibility seriously and the KYC process will verify your age during document verification. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be terminated immediately.

You will need to submit clear front and back photos of your national ID (MyKad). In some cases, a selfie holding your MyKad may also be required. The KYC verification process is typically completed within 24 hours. All documents are protected with encryption and used solely for identity verification purposes.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one new1b account. Owning multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, with balances returned after all related bonuses are deducted.

Deposit

new1b accepts a wide range of deposit methods including FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and more), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All payment methods are encrypted and securely processed through our integrated payment gateway.

The minimum deposit at new1b is just RM10. This allows new members to try the platform with a small amount before making larger deposits. There is no fixed maximum limit, though deposits above a certain amount may require additional verification.

Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited to your new1b account within 1 to 5 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take slightly longer, between 5 to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact our support team with proof of payment receipt.

new1b does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply a small fee depending on their own policy. Check with your bank if you are unsure about any charges on their end.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals for KYC-verified members are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Withdrawals made late at night or on public holidays may take slightly longer but will still be completed within 24 hours. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been successfully processed.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have passed the KYC process. You must also ensure any bonus wagering requirements have been met before funds can be withdrawn. The bank account or e-wallet used for the withdrawal must be registered under the same name as your new1b account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The daily maximum depends on your membership tier — standard members and VIP members have different limits. VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits as one of their exclusive perks. Check the VIP for more information.

Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, bank account details not matching the registered account holder name, or suspicious activity under investigation. Bonus & Promotions

The new1b welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account as soon as your first deposit is successfully processed. No special bonus code is required. Make sure you have read and agreed to the wagering requirements before using the bonus funds.

Wagering requirements vary by bonus type. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before those funds can be withdrawn. Check the Promotions for the specific wagering requirements of each offer.

Bonus validity periods vary by promotion type. Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date they are credited. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account. Check the terms and validity period for each bonus in the promotions section of your account.

Yes, you can choose to opt out of a specific bonus if you do not want to be bound by its wagering requirements. Contact our support team before or immediately after making a deposit to indicate that you wish to decline the bonus for that transaction. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, immediately change your password and contact new1b support via live chat. We will temporarily lock your account for investigation and help you recover it. Do not share your new password with anyone during the recovery process.
